I provide music for Greek weddings, Greek and Orthodox baptism receptions, engagement parties, Greek Nights,
family celebrations, and destination events.
My Greek-Armenian background gives me a personal connection to events where culture matters, while my open-format experience lets me bring traditional music together with the songs your guests enjoy now.
Whether you are the couple, a parent or the person bringing the family together, I will learn who will be in the room, which traditions matter and how you want the celebration to feel.
Based in Southern California, I serve Los Angeles and Orange County and travel for events across the United States
and in Greece.

For more than nine years, I have performed at Greek-American,
Cypriot-American, Greek-Italian and mixed-culture events
across seven U.S. states and in Greece.
I plan directly with my clients, coordinate with the event team and prepare the music around the people who will actually be there.
Greek music and culture are at the center of my work,
but no two families celebrate in exactly the same way.
We will choose the traditions and music that belong at your event instead of forcing your celebration into a standard program.
01 — WEDDINGS
Greek & Multicultural Weddings
A Greek or multicultural wedding may bring two families, several traditions, and multiple generations onto one dance floor. I work with the couple and their families to plan the Greek moments, formalities, must-play songs, and music from every side of the guest list so the reception feels like one celebration.
I have performed at Greek-American, Cypriot-American, Greek-Italian and other mixed-culture weddings. The music can move from traditional Greek dancing into Armenian, Balkan, Latin, Arabic, Persian or English-language selections without making either family feel like a guest at someone else’s wedding.
Wedding planning includes:

- Custom edits, mixes, and genre transitions
- Coordination around introductions, toasts and key reception moments

02 — Baptisms
Greek & Orthodox Baptism Receptions
Greek baptisms are a central part of my work.
I also DJ Orthodox baptism receptions for families from other cultural and mixed backgrounds, with the music planned around the people attending.
At one Romanian-Macedonian Orthodox baptism reception, I moved between English-language, Latin, Greek and Balkan music. That combination did not come from a standard “baptism playlist.” It was chosen for that family and the guests in the room.
We will discuss the Greek or Orthodox traditions your family wants represented, the songs that matter to the parents and grandparents, and the music that will bring younger guests into the celebration too.

Greek Nights & Cultural Events
A Greek Night needs more than a folder of Greek songs. The music has to match the venue, the occasion, and the people in the room. I program traditional and contemporary Greek music alongside Mediterranean and open-format selections, building the evening at a pace that fits the event.
Available for restaurant and lounge nights, private Greek Night parties, community celebrations, cultural events, and working alongside live musicians.

In addition to Greek Nights, I specialize in creating and managing music programs for Greek and Turkish restaurants, lounges, and special events.

04 — Destination Events
Destination Events
Planning from a distance should still feel organized. I have performed in Arizona, California, Utah, Texas, Florida, Idaho, and Nebraska, as well as Chios, Greece. Before traveling, I coordinate the schedule, equipment, audio plan, venue communication, and the details that need to be settled before arrival.
My destination DJ service is available for weddings, baptisms, private events, and other celebrations that need Greek and international music outside Southern California.

05 — Packages & Enhancements
Darbuka + DJ Package
Live percussion can be added to select events through my Darbuka + DJ Package. Depending on availability, the performance may feature Marc El Khoury or another professional percussionist chosen for the event.
Whether performing wirelessly on the dance floor or alongside me at the DJ booth, the percussionist adds another level of energy and live entertainment to the celebration.
The performance can complement Greek, Arabic, Latin, English-language, and other international music. Depending on the performer, package, and event format, options may include wireless darbuka, bongos, congas, additional percussionists, and MC support.

06 — Celebrations

Family Celebrations
An engagement party should reflect the couple without feeling like a smaller version of someone else’s wedding. Birthdays, graduations, bridal showers, baby showers,
and private family celebrations each need their own pace as well.
I will build the music around the occasion, your guests and the atmosphere you want—from a relaxed gathering centered on conversation and dinner to a celebration designed for a full dance floor.

Music That Reflects the People in the Room
Greek music is the foundation of what I do. My library also includes Armenian, Arabic, Persian, Balkan, Russian, Turkish, Latin, and English-language music, along with deep house, throwbacks, and current international hits.
That does not mean every event receives the same list of genres. We decide what belongs based on your family, your guests, and the kind of celebration you are planning. You can share an Apple Music or Spotify playlist, and I will use it as the starting point for the full music plan.
What You Can Expect
1. Start With Your Date
Send your event date, location, event type and estimated guest count. If you already know which cultures, traditions or styles of music need to be represented, include those too.
2. Talk Through the Celebration
We will meet in person or by video to discuss who will be attending, the timeline, the traditions that matter and how you want the event to feel. I can plan with the couple, the parents or both.
3. Build the Music Together
You can share Apple Music or Spotify playlists as a starting point. We will also cover traditional selections, family requests, must-play songs and anything you do not want played. I will use that information to prepare the program, edits and transitions.
4. Leave Room For the Real Event
Planning gives the celebration direction, but no guest list behaves exactly as expected. During the event, I pay attention to what the room responds to and adjust without losing the flow we planned.

Do you only DJ Greek events?
No. Greek music and culture are central to my work, and my Greek-Armenian background is part of who I am. I also perform at Armenian, Arabic, Persian, Balkan, Latin, English-language, and mixed-culture events. The music is planned around the actual people attending, not a preset cultural package.
Can you combine Greek music with music from another culture?
Yes. Many of my weddings, baptisms, and private events bring multiple cultures together.
We will identify the music and traditions that matter to each side, then plan how they fit into one event.
Can parents be involved in planning?
Absolutely. I can plan with the couple, the parents or both. When several people are involved, choosing one main contact for final decisions helps keep updates and song requests organized.
Can we share our playlists with you?
Yes. Apple Music and Spotify playlists are helpful starting points. We will also discuss must-play songs, do-not-play songs, family requests, traditional music, and the moments that need a specific selection.
Do you travel outside Los Angeles and Orange County?
Yes. I have performed in multiple U.S. states and in Greece.
Destination quotes are customized around travel, equipment, audio, venue, and schedule requirements.
Do you offer MC service, lighting or live musicians?
MC support and lighting are available for selected events and packages.
Live darbuka and percussion can also be added through the Darbuka + DJ Package, depending on availability. Tell me what you need so I can confirm exactly what is included in your quote.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the event type, date, location, service time, equipment requirements and any enhancements you select. Share the details you already have, and I will prepare a quote based on your event.
How far in advance should we inquire?
As soon as you have a confirmed date and location. Popular weekends can fill early, especially during summer and holiday periods, so checking the date is the best first step.
